Saucer test bench
Unlisted prototype — the real plugin DSP in WebAssembly, pitch tracker and all. Your guitar goes in; the voice of a 1957 martian picture comes out. Flip VOICE to RAYGUN and repel the army at the drive-in.
Bench notes — GLIDE is the swoop between notes (a theremin never steps). VIBRATO is the hand. FILM pours on the picture chain: tube stage, Academy bandwidth, the optical limiter riding your level, and projector wow with 96-cycle sprocket flutter — nothing added over your signal, only done to it. The INPUT switch picks GUITAR (pitch-tracked — tested to 100% on these very tapes) or MIDI. Stomp to bypass; the green jewel breathes with the voice.
SESSION TAPES — the tracker's own certification reels:
Single-note lines glide like Clara Rockmore; chords hold the root. Headphones advised with live input.
MANUAL CONTROL — connecting…
Hold a key and the voice swoops to it; GLIDE sets how slowly. A MIDI keyboard's pitch-bend wheel works too.
